"Way back in 1999 I saw an advert for your furniture and was impressed by the prices. So much so that, as young buyers of our first home (and on a teeny budget) we studied the catalogue and drove from Rugby to South Wales to the showroom. We wondered what 'the catch' was. But there wasn't one. You were way cheaper than other companies, with helpful service, and we duly took delivery of a sofa and sofabed a couple of weeks later (the 'washington, as I remember!). The quality was great, and a couple of years later we ordered new covers from you too, so we could swap colourshemes. Well, eleven years on your sofas have withstood two house-moves (we had to take bits off each sofa to get them out of the doors, then put them back on), two babies and toddlers (playing 'dens' with the cushions) and the covers have been washed numerous times. And they are still going strong! I've been looking at your sofa's again because it's time for a change, but wanted to just let you know that the memories have come flooding back. Way back in 1999, when those sofas arrived we danced round in excitement like it was like Christmas! Glad to see you're still going strong."
